Information collected

When you subscribe, payment and contact information may be collected by Stripe. Opportunity Vault AI may receive customer details necessary to manage access, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own privacy and security practices. Opportunity Vault AI does not directly store full payment-card details.

Analytics and advertising

We use tools such as the Meta Pixel to understand website visits, checkout activity, and completed purchases, measure advertising performance, and improve our marketing. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive device, browser, page, and event information under their own privacy terms. Automatic advanced matching is not currently enabled.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide access, manage subscriptions, communicate about the service, measure and improve advertising and the customer experience, comply with law, and protect the service from misuse.

Third-party services

The service relies on providers including Stripe, Meta, OpenAI, Supabase, email, domain, and hosting infrastructure. Use of those services may also be governed by their respective policies.

Retention and choices

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for operations, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes. Browser settings may be used to control cookies, and customers may request assistance at support@opportunityvaultai.com.

Updates

This policy may be updated as the service changes. Material revisions will be reflected by an updated effective date.
